What not to do!

People have good intentions however that doesn’t mean it’s helping.

This nestling mocking bird showed up by a guy that had it in a metal watering can. He was feeding it “pea protein” and dosed it with CBD oil for its anxiety! (NO, NO, NO)

Plan of action when you find a young bird.

If it’s hopping around, doesn’t appear injured, and has some brush to hang out in leave it be.

If it is featherless, lethargic, appears injured, and/or doesn’t have any brush to hang out in or your just unsure.......contain in a box with a towel at the bottom.
